New Students

Interested in taking a STEM Academy course? Students who are new to STEM Academy must apply.

1. Review the course schedule to decide which class you would like to apply for. New students may apply to take one course. Our course catalog provides more information about each course.
2. Review the information about the application process.
3. Complete the application for the upcoming session before the deadline. Once the application period closes, it cannot be reopened.

Completing the application does not guarantee acceptance. All applications are reviewed after the application closes, and the application is how reviewers get to know each student and if a student is mature enough to join the APL STEM Academy program. Students are not accepted on a rolling basis.
