Launch Authority for Lockheed Martin on ten delivery in orbit launches. Experience in negotiating, contract definitization, and procurement of ten Launch Services for delivery in orbit missions of Classified and Commercial spacecraft. Managed a team of Launch System Engineers, overseeing launch systems integration on DOD, Classified, Civil, and Commercial spacecraft. Propulsion System Design expertise, I designed the World's first Dual Mode Propulsion Flight System, which was flown on the Anik-E1 and E2 satellites. Lead Designer for the IABS Bipropellant (MMH/N2O4) Launch Vehicle Upper Stage. Experienced in leading compatibility testing with SGLS AFSCN (Space-Ground Link System Air Force Satellite Control Network) Classified Missions, and flight operations with the AFSCN. Direct experience in managing the launch of and performing launch systems integration on spacecraft using the Ariane, Atlas, Delta IV, Proton, Sea Launch, Falcon Systems and Long March Launch Vehicles.
