The following information will be used only in connection with the SEASONS Workshop to generate rosters, name tags, and seat cards and to provide attendee contact information to the event sponsor. The information will be encrypted and protected from other uses or disclosures. Payment, including credit card information, is also encrypted before being sent to our online payment vendor, which provides additional safeguards. Registration Refund/Transfer Policy:

Through November 1, 2014, paid registrations can be transferred between individuals within the same organization at no cost.

Refunds incur a $50 processing fee after October 1, 2014. No refunds can be made after November 14, 2014 Requests for refunds or transfers should be made in by email to the conference registrar, Ms. M. Simon (seasons@jhuapl.edu).
